"Villa Fedora" and its public park is right opposite our hotel and is open to visitors from early March to early November.
This 19th century villa was built in around 1860 by Giacinto Mannati from Turin. The composer and musician Umberto Giordano (1867-1948) lived there for many years.
This maestro gave Villa Fedora its name, from the name of an opera composed in 1898 "La Fedora".
The villa is now the seat of the VCO Chamber of Commerce.
The flourishing park is populated by ancient oaks, camellias, palm trees and azaleas. You can stroll along the tree-lined avenues leading to the beach and the Villa Fedora Kiosk, run by our own staff. The natural sand beach is a huge favourite in summer with tourists and locals alike
The Kiosk organises musical and cultural events throughout the summer season. There is a bar where you can enjoy snacks, sandwiches, salads and cocktails.
